User accounts
Users are responsible for keeping their phone number and account access secure. OTP login must be used only by the person who controls the verified phone number.
Driver responsibilities
Drivers must provide accurate profile, document, and vehicle information, keep their account secure, follow local transport rules, and complete accepted rides professionally.
Passenger responsibilities
Passengers should provide accurate pickup and drop-off details, review fare estimates before booking, be ready at pickup, and pay the confirmed cash fare at trip completion.
Fares and payment
Passengers see an estimated fare before confirming a ride. Payment is made in cash to the driver after the ride unless another payment method is clearly offered in the app.
Cancellations and support
Passengers and drivers can cancel rides where allowed by the app flow. Ratings and support requests help Vputi review ride quality and improve the service.
Service availability
Ride availability depends on driver availability, service area, traffic, device connectivity, and other conditions outside Vputi control.
